Never getting divorced: mac and cheese

Unless you’re lactose intolerant, I don’t think you should EVER pass up on mac n cheese. Haitian mac n cheese is tasty. This recipe calls for a bechamel, ground beef, onions and peppers and of course, CHEESE. Some people love to cook it for a long time to have those crispy edges but you can, if you’re like us, have a happy medium with the cheese pull and a golden brown finish if you cook for about 20 minutes at 385 degrees celsius. You get to keep a creamy interior. You have to know by now that ground beef is seasoned with epis. To that you can add fresh garlic, onion powder, and other herbs or spices of your choice like smoked paprika and cayenne pepper. In order to taste the best, ground beef needs to be heavily seasoned. This version has been altered over the years but we feel you should definitely try it as it is a different take on the traditional American Mac n cheese dish. Just looking at this picture makes me drool.
